After ten years of living here they are very slow to make repairs, the customer service reps are rude and have no compassion for the residents feelings. also keep in ind these apts were built in the 70's so expect the 70's look in most apts I have visited. outdated appliances, poor ventilation. one room in my apt gets neither heat or air conditioning. so if I had a nother choice it would be another management group.
Pros: good location is the only advantage
Cons: old apts that are repaired with as cheap as possible
