Review content:
I had a friend in town with a craving for a burger, so three of us decided to try 67 Burger because it's local and we assumed the burgers would be pretty good (mistake #1). So we walked pass the bar and grill across the street (which is pretty good) to go try them out. We were greeted by an order taker who apparently was in a big rush. She told us we should all order together and pay together b/c the kitchen would take too long if we ordered/paid separately (mistake #2). As we proceeded to order, the rushed one cut us off about 12 times. My sister tried to order an RC Cola since they don't have Coke or Pepsi and was repeatedly told that they didn't have orange soda. (What?!?! Who said anything about orange? She finally asked for a Coke and got an RC.) Then she neglected to record my sister's request for mushrooms and sweet potato fries. After our food arrived separately (...so much for the ""order together"" idea), my sister realized that both her mushrooms and fries were missing. There was a really good server who tried to rectify things until the manager/owner (actually, I don't know who he was since he never introduced himself) came over and rudely told us that it didn't matter what we thought we ordered, we didn't pay for it. (What?!?!) We couldn't believe how rude he was! The ppl at the next table were shocked at this entire exchange. So I said forget it, but the good server brought the 'shrooms/fries anyway. Then we had to beg neighbors on each side for condiments -- after the rushed one assured us that they brought condiments to every table. But we needed the condiments to spruce up the bland food that was obviously just a frozen processed patty. My turkey burger was so mushy that I could only eat a few bites. My friend said the same about her beef burger, but we didn't feel like fighting with them anymore, so we just left. Go to the bar and grill on the other side of South Elliott instead. It's so much better and the staff is great.
Pros: Convenient location, nice building, good onion rings
Cons: Poor service, subpar food
