Review content:
I walk by this place every day, and its always packed. People seem to enjoy it a lot, so I was very excited when I decided to finally give it a try. Service, options, atmosphere are all great. Curly fries were hot and delicious. A wide variety of toppings makes it possible to customize your burger. BUT.... the burger itself is pretty lousy. They make a big show out of frying it in front of you, and it takes so long to get it, you would think they were making it from scratch. But in reality, its a 50-cent frozen molded patty -- the same one you would get in a hospital cafeteria or from Costco. With so many great burger places in this town -- and since even some ""fast food"" joints (Five Guys) use fresh ground beef -- don't waste your time and money here. Pros: patio, vibe, beer on tap, fries, toppings Cons: Food quality, freshness, flavor
