I just went to pick up Symphony at Pawprints By Penny and since day one I had a very good impression of this place. I had been searching a lot for a Grooming place, I choose them after some bad experience at other groomers, this location gave me the best price and a lot less expensive than other places, last week when I went to check the place out two guys (staff) who by conversation I could acknowledge they where very instructed, took a look at Symphony and told me what I needed for her, info I appreciated cuz I have no clues when it goes to pets.
Today I think the very nice lady who greeted us was Penny the actual owner, at the end Symphony and I where very much pleased with the service we got specially when we both got there worry and left happy, me because my wallet was not emptied and Symphony because she had 5 pounds less of hair and smelled clean I didn't recognized her first lol!
If you are looking for a grooming place for your pet but also want to feel like they care because you worry about your pet been well treated I suggest you give this place a try, in my case it worth it after trying Pawprints By Penny I feel confident of recommending them.
