I travel from North Raleigh to Urban Oasis Dental for one reason.....Qualified Professional Services. Nine months ago, I completed a 6 year full restoration with Dr Soch , her staff and associates.. My teeth were short from night grinding and my bite was so tight I was having jaw pain/headaches. Although I had no cavities, I did significant gum disease and pocketing. It was necessary to use a children's wedge turned sideways for all work including a cleaning. The treatments and were always been pain free, but the tension in my jaw would bring tears to my eyes, requiring frequent breaks. They were patient and comforting throughout. With a full set of crowns, 2 permanent bridges, 2 root canals and pink healthy gums, I felt beautiful and confident for my Wedding Photos in May 2010. A few weeks ago, I went for my check up and cleaning. My jaw was relaxed, no more wedges for me! Although all the staff is wonderful, I would like to recognize Claudia for her knowledge and professionalism. I never had a worry with insurance filing or reimbursement. She help find me financing to fit my needs, saving me interest costs. Her record keeping is only exceeded by her warm, caring demeanor. The right dental care is key to well being and good health. For me, the 40 minute drive is never an issue. Five stars to the practice and 5 stars to each individual!
