Businiess name:  Conroy's Flowers

Review content:
Is nothing sacred? I ordered flowers for a funeral: four arrangements and six corsages. I was very clear that the deceased favorite flowers (daisies) were to be used in everything and I was assured that this would be done. I had the staff person read the order back to me and make sure that it was clear. Managers were checked, everything was set. What arrived was nothing I had asked for. Not only that, it looked like left-overs from the weekend. Shabby and ugly! When I called to the store owner to complain, there was no apology. She simply said that they sold old of everything I had ordered on Mother's Day. When I mentioned that my order had been guaranteed, managers consulted, and the order paid for in advance, she got mad and defensive. If you can't count o this place for a major life event (funeral or wedding), why would you bother with anything else?Take your business elsewhere.
