My personal trainer with Catalyst Fitness was amazing with my physical fitness program. They worked with me during many injuries. I have all the fitness equipment I need at home but I like to go to Catalyst Fitness gym because they are knowledgeable and I trust them to help me with my workouts. I am 45 years old and play soccer actively but it was not the case few years ago. My body was breaking down due previous life choices and in proper training. Thank you very much Jason & crew.
