Review content:
Two of our children have attended Hope Montessori in Monument, as well as another preschool briefly. While both preschools provided safe, secure, clean environments, only Hope truly provided a comprehensive educational experience. The preschool teachers are certified in Montessori instruction by an internationally-recognized organization, distinguishing it from all other Montessori-based programs in the area that I researched. The classrooms are filled with true Montessori materials in a genuine Montessori environment. Kids are able to explore their own interests, and also enjoy routine group activities. The classrooms are quiet, warm and inviting, and the kids are respectful to both adults and each other. The playground is huge, and kids seem to love it! The school also offers extra classes such as Spanish, music, yoga, soccer, swimming, etc. Conferences with teachers are really thorough and demonstrate that the teachers really know each child and his or her skills across many areas. Because of all of this, our kids have flourished. They are inquisitive, and their academic and social skills far exceed our expectations. We have felt welcome and valued since we arrived, and we are SO grateful that we found this great school for our kids!
