Require waay too much babysitting.
When we made the deal, I was told ""we can start next Monday"". It was full 5 weeks later that they started the work. Nobody calls when they say they will call you, have to keep calling back to know what is going on.
Once the fence was done - lack of attention to detail was apparent; corners not tied-up properly, cracked pickets, missing fasteners, several split 2x4s. Came back to address issues, yes, but as I did not mention split 2x4s I guess they did not feel they needed to address that.
I know my job was not high price in premium subdivision but - I am not sure that I'd recommend them. If you are OK with babysitting and frustration in the process, go for it - the price is right.
