Review content:
I needed a skirt cleaned for an interview. I dropped it off on a Thursday morning and was told it would be ready after 6:00pm on the following Monday. I got there at 6:10 to pick it up and it hadn't been returned from being cleaned yet. It did not get there until 6:54 and they closed at 7pm. The young girl was nice, but I had to change my plans for that evening to wait. She was on the phone with her manager so I asked her if she could ask her manager if I could have a refund since I had to wait almost an hour to get my skirt even though they had an enormous amount of time to get it cleaned. The manager said no, that he was sure I was told I could pick it up after 6pm, but they didn't specify what time after 6pm. I just left, because the poor teenager was in a bad spot and couldn't do anything. Just don't go there.
Pros: I did manage to get my skirt back
Cons: Poor service, Clothes not available when supposed to be, long time to clean clothes
