Review content:
We purchased a new build from this builder & he put in the wrong legal description & failed to live up to his end of the contract. After 3 years the property taxes had not been paid due to this error. Mr. Pitzer received notice of this but did not inform us, the buyer nor the county that an error had occurred & the property was sold at a tax auction. Once the property was bought by LMS Trust for $24,000 over the actual tax bill the county sent the overage directly to Mr. Pitzer who kept it. LMS Trust then went to Mr. Pitzer who signed a Quit Claim Deed on the very same property that LMS Trust had already purchased at that tax auction. Not only did he not complete the build, the said home after 3 years is falling apart due to poor workmanship & we had to hire an attorney to unwind the tax sale.
