I grew up in Philedelphia, so I know subs (or hoagies), and Firehouse is the best. I would do Subway or Quiznos until Firehouse showed up in Apex. Now Firehouse is my favorite. Every now and then I will go back to Subway or Quizno, and I always regret not going to Firehouse. Their Italian is awesome. I love their steak or meatball subs. Their chili is good also. Go to their website to order online. I can order online, and by the time I get there, my order is ready.
Pros: Excellent food
Cons: Long lines, but a lot of people love their food
