No drop in quality of food or service since the departure of the Chef. New Chef is as great as the original. Matt and Brad are excellent behind the bar. Will is an attentive owner and would never let the quality of food or service be compromised. We will continue to return on a regular basis and highly recommend this restaurant. You can not place a price on good food and a comfortable atmosphere. We completely disagree with the negative reviews of others. There are not many choices in Cary for this quality of restaurant. Bistro 64 continues to be one of the best.
