I needed a home inspection done in a quick manner as I am in the process of being relocated. I found his Website, called him about my dilemma and inquired if he could inspect the home that day. Denny stated he could do the inspection that afternoon as one he had scheduled was postponed at the last minute. During the inspection he described what he was looking for, answered my questions, and talked to me on a one to one level. Which I appreciated. When I received the report through my email it was easy to read including pictures, and had tips to keep the house in good condition. I recommend him to anyone that needs a home inspection!
