Review content:
First of all, I'm not an employee or owner. Just a foodie that's looking for the next good meal. And we found one here. We were going across the street to a new place in the old train depot, but they were not open. Looked across the street, and saw this glow. And smiling faces sitting in the window. Good sign. No reservations, and the hostess was too nice. Perfect table in the middle of the room. Loved the glow of the woodburning oven. We started with an order of the crispy Calamari, with fried onions, lemon, jalapenos, and roasted poblano aioli. That went so fast with a great bottle of wine, under $20.00. On to the very fresh Caparese Salad of tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, basil, and evvo/balsamic. Great with the little corn muffins, hot from the oven. Our server was on his game, and his suggestions were perfect. A Vegetable Ravioli with fire roasted tomato puree, sauteed shrimp, and grilled ratatouille. Excellent combination. And we also split a Garlic, Lemon & Herb Roasted Half Chicken, that was very moist. This is one Feast of a joint, we could stumble onto anytime.
Pros: Warm & Romantic Atmosphere, Creative Dishes, Good Prices!
Cons: Could Eat Here Everynight!
