Being from Japan, I know fresh and authentic, but this place isn't it. They try the Benihana technique, but the service I have received from the last 15 years has been friendly, however food quality I have to say they lack majorly. Try this for those who eat there: when ordering shrimp, try to see if the shrimp tail slips off the shell when pulling. If they break off easily, and not slip off, that just tells you it is old. I tried ordering traditional sushi, and I would say it is not even close. I hate the false advertising for those who try to sell you ""sushi"" they take decades of training, and when sashimi is more than a day old, they leave a shiny film that resemble a thin mother-of-pearl shine (check that out too!) I don't feel that they get how important fresh means to sushi and sashimi, and one can end up getting really sick from that, not to mention poorly selected fish can send you to the hospital, and I don't have the confidence to eat there any more.
Pros: Friendly service
Cons: Non-fresh food, extremely loud, insects in the restaurant
