Review content:
As an out of state property owner, I was very concerned reading the one bad review on this site. I talked with Charles about it and decided to give him a chance. He has been fantastic. He communicated frequently with me throughout the project (updating 2 units in a rental), sent me photos of completed work and advised me of any issues that came up. He was extremely proactive and even picked up a stove locally to install for me. I would highly recommend him. I can't understand what the prior review is about, based on my own experience. I visited to see his completed work and he had even addressed small issues that I did not ultimately pay him to do. He has even been an advocate for me with my property management company. High marks.
