Review content:
There was significant water damage and mold in an adjacent room near our kitchen and we were pretty much in panic mode. We called a bunch of contractors and got a few bids but in the end, I chose Charles. He really knew his stuff. He pointed out things that the other contractors missed. Charles was always sensitive to our needs and he was also very proactive. He even met up with us at Home Depot to help us pick the right materials. Their price was right in line with his competitors. I would've given him 5 stars if he came in lower. regardless, I would call Charles again for major projects and would recommend him to friends.
