Review content:
It is confounding that reviews can vary for this place from 0 to 5 stars. Lately, it seems that the only ones that are raving about A & K, are the people who work there! Probably has something to do with the fact that all the good salespeople don't work there anymore!
Pros: Great selection, convenient location
Cons: Wouldn't know customer service if it bit them in the ass!
