May 08, Mother's day dinner, it was pouring down rain and the restaurant was not busy.
It took approximately, 15-20 minutes before our server greeted us. We were sat next to a dirty tray of food. 45 minutes later, the manager and several waiters passed by our table and no one attempted to pick up the tray. After realizing no one was going to do anything with this eye-sore, I asked someone to please remove the tray. Once our server came to greet us, he did not apologize for his delay. The remaining dinning experience was unpleasant because our drinks were always empty, no table maintanance.
As we were leaving another family was complaining of the same treatment to management, and they were served by a different waiter.
Its a shame that a good restaurant could be fantastic if they could get their management and servers to do their jobs.
Pros: good food, nice atmosphere, reasonable pricing
Cons: TERRIBLE SERVICE, NO cusomer- service
