BEWARE! He will make you feel comfortable when you come to his office to meet with him but he makes verbal agreements & then doesn't honor them. We hired him in Oct 2009 and paid $500 for him to SEND A LETTER to a company for us regarding a timeshare. He told us nothing about additional charges we would incur, just told us there would be a flat fee. Then, after months of nothing we get a letter in the mail that we will have to go to court to pursue further. I called the office & told his secretary Claire that we didn't want to spend $5,000 on it so we can just leave it alone. She said she would call me back. Again nothing until we receive invoices in Jan of 2011 for a whopping $1,060.00. I promptly wrote a lengthly letter back to him but have yet to receive a response. We did, however, receive another invoice in the mail today. For $1,060.00.
