Review content:
David and his father, Jim are ""like family"" and not just to me. They treat everyone special. They also hire the nicest ""kids"" to work with them - I have no idea where they find them...have at times assumed the newbies are put through some kind of ""NICE"" machine??? but every one I've met over the past 6 years has been a good candidate for ""adoption"" by my husband and me. Even during the manic Christmas shipping season, they still smile and are patient. AND, they are all informed and well-trained too! Kudos to them all: Jim, David, Michael, Adam (aka Andy:), Phillip, and my girlfriends Whitney, and Desiree, for whom I share a co-mom status as she has already been adopted by someone else. This is the way businesses used to be run ""back in the day"" - This is how all business should be run today! Charlette Tucker and Molly the Wonder Dog (Yes, she thinks the staff is part of her family too!)
Pros: Always Smiling & Helpful Service - GREAT People!
Cons: Not one thing!
