Urgent care medical center is the worst place to be when you are not feeling well. This place is UNORGANIZED! Service: The doctors are fine, it's the front desk staff that is terrible. The front desk help and nurses, who were seen surfing MySpace and more interested in what they are having for dinner, serve as barriers to health care, not helpers. They miss details all the time basically because they are not concentrating on their job. The doctor ordered two tests on me, and the girls only took one. After an hour of waiting, the doctor received the lab tests back and found that he was missing a test result. He asked the nurse, she ran over to conduct the test, and then we had to wait again for another 45 minutes. When the test results didn't come back after 45 minutes, we were told that we'd be called to get the results. When we returned the doctor's message, the girls at the front didn't know why I was calling and didn't have time to pull up my chart. They just transferred me to the lab to get the info. The lab couldn't give me the info (of course!) so they transferred me back to Urgent Care. Totally unorganized and filled with nurses who spend their time socializing. Pros: Free parking Cons: Run down, slow service, unorganized
