Businiess name:  Mr B's Plumbing Sewer & Drain

Review content:
The Wife called me at work and told me the shower would not turn off. She said she was going to call the plumber. I said """"No, Don't call the plumber, turn off the water to the house and I will be right home."""" So I rush home so I can fix the plumbing emergency, save us hundreds of dollars, and be the hero. I took the handle off the shower and found the problem immediately. I knew I could fix this pretty easy by jamming a piece of paper in the part where the handle comes together to make a tighter fit and put the handle back together and presto, job is completed. So this is what I do and the handle feels good. Now all I have to do is turn the water back on and my work is done. I go outside to turn the water on and the valve will not budge. Sure I could go in the garage and get the huge crescent wrench that I inherited from some distant relative, but all I could picture is me turning the valve, it busting, and the wife looking at me with that """"I told you so"""" look she always gives me when I do something that is less than brilliant. So I go back in the house dejectedly and tell the wife that we will be needing a plumber. She gets on the computer, does her research, and then gives me a number. I call the guy, go through the whole story about how I was at work and the wife called and ... I get a piece of paper.... crescent wrench...dejected... which finally gets me to this point, can you help? """"No, I'm too busy, but thanks for calling"""" he says. I go back to the wife and say, I need another plumber because that guy is too busy. She gives me another number and I call it. Norm is on the other end of the line and I give him the abbreviated story about how the handle broke and the valve won't turn, Norm says he will be right out. Norm comes out, gets his moderately sized crescent wrench ( mine was much bigger), cranks the valve and the job is finished. Now I am out a hundred bucks, but at least I didn't get that """" I told you so"""" look, so it was worth it. Norm was very personable, knew his stuff, and was able to get right out and look at my plumbing issues. I will definitely use him again.
