This store just doesn't live up to the UPS store name. Had items packed and shipped by them and they did a very terrible job. Some items got damaged during transport and they took a VERY LONG time to send the items. If UPS wants bad publicity, they need to have more store owner's like this. If they want to protect their name during these times of competition, they ought to take away the franchise from these folks. Would NEVER use this store again for items won at the auction house close to this location. One must go elsewhere if they want their items delivered undamaged! I will complain to the auction house regarding this UPS store and recommend that they choose another store as a recommended shipper. Do your research and read the review before using this store. Very unhappy with their service! What a disregard for items made over 100 years ago.
