This is the worst company I have ever rented from. Please do not rent from them. They will cheat you out of your deposit. They do not prepare the rental to be habitable. They will not paint or clean before you move in, if they think you will do it for them. They will take almost an entire year to have maintenance items fixed. It is not worth it! If you do decide to rent from them, make sure you have EVERY detail from scratch marks to tiny dots written on the walk-through. Video record the walk-through and do the same when you leave. You will have to take them to small claims court to get anything back. Document every call, every maintenance request, and send everything to them in writing (certified mail means they sign for it). Get your receipt of paying your rent on time every month.
Pros: Cheap rent
Cons: Not worth the hassles
