I met the owner of Patty Cakes at a wedding show a year ago. I had told her an idea I wanted to do for a cake. She told me no problem and that they had someone there who specialized in the kind of cake I wanted. I just drove an hour to get there today and the owner was incredibly rude. She had an attitude and I could hear her complaining about the cake I wanted and yelling, ""I JUST CAN'T DO THAT!"". She came out to the front and told me she couldn't make the cake I wanted and did not offer any solution or alternative ideas and stormed away to the back. I will never return to that place nor would I recommend dealing with her. Before leaving another worker told me the guy who specialized in the kind of cake I wanted up and quit one day and they don't know why. (I can see why he quit after meeting the owner!!!)
