This is a pleasant, charming and well-maintained (gated) community; there is not a lot of traffic, commotion or street noise. It's a very peaceful place to live!\r

...but there are lots of places for them to play (and I rarely see them unsupervised).\r
Yes, there are pets\r
...but maintenance keeps the many "doggie stations" well stocked, and residents a very good at picking up after their pets.\r
Yes, there is diversity\r
...but ALL the neighbors I've met from all over the community are friendly and respectful.\r
No, it's not THE cheapest place to live\r
...but Ballantyne in general is a higher-priced community. This only serves to bring in residents who earn a higher wage.\r

The staff was initially extremely friendly and made sure to WOW me by exceeding my expectations. Well, I've lived here for almost 6 months and nothing has changed! They're still as gracious and professional as ever!!!
