Review content:
We hired All Star to do our wedding tents and tables. We already pretty much knew how we wanted things to look, but the person ""helping"" us with our order couldn't figure it out so we had to drive in to sit down with her to explain it in person. Ok, not the end of the world. Then a couple weeks before our wedding they called us to tell us that they lost our order paperwork so we had to walk though EVERYTHING again. What a pain!
The day came and things got set up incorrectly, buffet tables weren't in the right spot, head table messed up, etc. They left the generator in the middle of the park after we told them not to and that we'd come to pick it up if they were leaving before we got there. (If it got stolen we would have had to pay for it)
After all of that, they charged me for ""messing up some table clothes"" and wouldn't provide any evidence of the damages. They just charged my credit card without approval.
The tent looked good, albeit not set up correctly, but they are far from someone I'd recommend.
