Review content:
We were forced to use this title company through our builder Beazer. We had been going back and forth with our mortgage company for 3 weeks because they kept asking for more documentation. Mortgages are so hard to get these days. It wasn't until the night before closing that we finally got approved. Paragon need files by 11 they were received at 11:38, we arrived at 12 to close. And they let us sit in their waiting for 45 minutes before finally our Mortgage broker asked to speak with Linda. Linda was extraordinarily rude and said she was unwilling to help they were too busy. Yet while waiting a very well dressed man talks into his cell "" we can move you up to 3"" as he walks out the door. Even though we had just sat in her waiting room through our entire appointment. She sent us away. So we had to call off the movers, our families and spend our entire Memorial Day weekend piecing clothes and food together, since everything we had was packed up. We made an appointment for Tuesday afternoon. I get there to find out that we can close but we won't be receiving our keys. Paragon and our mortgage company couldn't work nicely together to ensure the money was transferred timely enough. So I signed feeling very bitter-sweet, mostly just bitter. The woman we worked with was very unpleasant racing through all the forms because it was late. She didn't like it if we actually wanted read the documents and even shuffled some papers through I never had a chance to see. I got a short snippy congrats as she hurried out to the room. This has sure left a bad taste in my mouth as far as buying homes. How could anyone who you just paid a lot of money treat me like complete dirt and a nuisance. There has been no joy in being a first home buyer. So for a second time we have had to put our family, movers, fencing and garage door people and our new tenants that are renting our current home on hold. This company's favorite saying ""That's not my problem.""
Cons: customer service is terrible, a horrible experience
