I'm very pleased with the job. I finally decided to replace the filthy carpet with hardwood floor. Also I put new tiles in the bathrooms and the kitchen. The cleaning is much easier, and the house is much more beautiful. This is a family owned business located in the Vietnamese town, Bellaire near Hong Kong market. They have a lot of selections for everything: tiles, carpets, hardwood, laminate.... Kim, the wife, gave advice based on my budget, the house and the color... She is very helpful and knowledgeable. I like the fact that she doesn't sell what I don't need. She actually gave me the samples to go compare the prices with other stores. The husband managed the job himself. They did a great job and in a timely manner. I'm very pleased. I'm writing this because I want others to know about this store. Great people. She calls me sometimes to check if everything is fine. Very friendly and I like that. By the way, she was willing to meet me after work hours. She has a funny accent too.
Pros: professional, friendly, honest, open after hours
