CALLED AND SPOKE WITH A MAN WHO'D ADVISE ME HE COULD COME AND REPAIR ICE MAKER BETWEEN 1PM TO 3PM ON THURS 4/5/2012. I ASKED HIM TO CALL APROX, 1 TO 1.5 HOUR BEFORE COMING AT 3:30 CALLED HIM ASKED IF HE WAS COMING. HE ADVISED HE COULDN'T MAKE UNTIL 6PM. I ADVISED HIM MY WIFE AND I WORK EVENINGS COULD WE RESHEDULE FOR FRI. SAME TIMES. HE SAID NO PROBLEM. FRIDAY AT 3:30 CALLED HIM ASKED IF HE WAS GOING TO MAKE IT SOON AS WE HAD TO LEAVE FOR WORK. GAVE A MUMBO JUMBO EXCUSE ABOUT NOT BEING THERE . I ASKED IF HE WAS A MEMBER OF BBB. HE GOT ANGRY TOLD ME TO CALL THEM IF I THOUGHT HE CARED. USE THIS GUY AT YOUR OWN DESCRETION. RUDE AND UNDEPENDABLE!!!
