Here's my review: I have gone here for 4 years and we own 2 cars. I never have had any problems and they always did a good job on cleaning the vehicle. But, I will no longer go there. As of yesterday, an employee there STOLE an iPOD out of my middle console in my vehicle. I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS! It was an older model iPOD, the 2005 Video iPOD with a white cord. Granted, probably a little of my fault for leaving it in the console but I had gone there for 4 YEARS with no problems so it seemed like a reputable place. But, I got back in my car yesterday and immediately saw it was gone when I started to try and play it. The 'line out' cord was neatly coiled up, which I never do, and it was just gone. I will advise anyone I know to not go there. I spoke with the General Manager, Brett, and he said 'you know, we do post a sign that says to take valuable out...', yes, I did I told him but I should not have to worry about a business stealing from me when I'M GIVING YOU BUSINESS! Hell, the iPOD is worth about $100 used, and I spent $34 that day. He said he would check the security cameras and get back to me yesterday. He has not. He also said, 'there are numerous people that touch the car and he does not know who took it.' I said, that may be true but there are a finite number of people that touched my car. He did not have response. I told the manager I just want my iPOD back. I don't care who took it I just want it back. So, everyone, I paid this company to have my iPOD stolen. Great. (sarcasm) He said he would call me back definitely by end of day yesterday. He has not yet. I called their customer service hotline and logged a complaint. They at least apologized and said someone would get back to me in a few business days. I'm not sure how this will work out. I'll keep everyone posted. I love my music and this incident ruined my day, week, and month. Plus, now I have to find another place to wash my vehicles. Of note, it may not seem like much but I checked my bank statements and I spent $200+ dollars there last year. Granted, that may not seem like a whole bunch but if enough people that spend that much or more/less don't go there, they will be out of business because they employee thieves. -J
