I got tattooed by Jack Pendergrass and he was great. He knew it was my first tattoo so he showed me how a shop should be sterile and the procedure to prevent health risks and even showed me how the gun felt without ink first so I knew before hand. He worked with my design and did a great job. Great shop and great artists. They really care about customer satisfaction and being an ethical business. They understand that tattoos are permanent and make sure the customer makes an educated decision. I suggest this shop to anyone wanting a tattoo in the chattanooga, tn area.
