Review content:
My Two experiences with this store were bad ones. Recently, I just needed a simple part to fix a tool and I would've been happy to order it through Central City Tool Supply. Over the phone the owner assured me that he would supply me with what I needed to get the job done instead of ordering the factory part. When I arrived to the store, I showed the owner the task that needed to be done (the same task that I described to him over the phone). He sold me the part and I left to install the part. When I began to install the part, it became obvious that more parts were necessary. I went back into the store to discuss it with him and he treated me like it was my fault that I wasn't more specific and proceeded to make me buy the other parts ($1.07) necessary to do the job. He told me I should've just had them fix the tool for me and that I don't know what I'm doing. Ummmm, i'm an electrician..... I'm pretty sure I can replace a tool's power cord if I have the right cord. Anyway, after dealing with his bad attitude and condescending words, I decided that other people should be made aware of this guy so that they can know what they're getting into ahead of time. My advice is to avoid this place and go to JP Tool Repair in San Luis instead. Pros: Local Cons: Expensive, The Male Owner is Rude and Unprofessional
