Review content:
I just got done watching ""Split Endz"", the treatment I witnessed of the stylist from Az. was just down right horrific, I don't know how the poor girl didn't just end the show right there. Kristy is rude, thinks she is all that, and all the clients she does kind of leaves with the same hair cut she has. Being a stylist myself, I would never treat a new stylist that way, it is our job to make a new member of the team to feel welcome and that they are wanted as part of the team, I never saw that from one member of the Twiggs team, and again, Kristy really needs an attitude adjustment, and work on her people skills, she is very uptight, and to me that suggests that she is uncertain in her own skills and teachings, there are alot of different types of styists in the world, we all need to learn how to adapt with each other, and if you think you can never learn anything new, especially a new stylist is the day you think you know it all, you might as well put up your scissors and cape, and hang it up, you have room to learn something from everyone you meet, if you go into a new experience with a closed mind like I saw on that episode, I don't want to be apart of that type of salon. I work in a small salon in upstate New York, I've heard people say New Yorkers are rude, well the stylists at Twiggs have got all of us beat, once again Kristy gets the top prize in the rudeness!!!
