Review content:
My daughter purchased a dress at the Serendipity store in Moore, OK on March 30, 2011. The dress was almost $500. When she got it home and took it out of the bag, I noticed a very prominent gemstone on the breast area of the dress was missing. I called Serendipity the next day and was assured they would have the stone in a couple days. They called me two days later and said they had the stone and when I went to the store and they had sent the wrong stone. I called them every other day and was told by the manager, Sarah, that she had called Sherri Hill, the stone was being mailed to them and it would be the next day. The stone never arrived. On April 15, I called the manager, Sarah, again and was told I was rude and raised my voice on the phone. I am very frustrated at having spent such a large amount of money at a high-end store and then being stuck with a dress that is missing stones. Sarah's response was ""well you bought the dress and it was missing the stone, so you should have seen it."" Serendipity has very poor customer service and I want to warn others.
