You really can't beat the price. The salon is clean and efficient (maybe a little too efficient?) and you really can get in an out quickly. They have a lot of operators, and some are better than others, but for a $20 mani/pedi you really can't complain too much. You might get a perfunctory smile but more likely a brusque word or two from the operator. But at the end of the day you're really not there for the conversation. I see in some reviews that people got a hard sell for other services but I've never experienced that there and I've been going twice a month for years! The reason they are getting 4 stars rather than 5 is that they can sometimes be too quick and don't take the time to really make sure you're satisfied. Word to the wise: Friday is the busiest day there.
