Review content:
2 colleagues and I went here this past spring and I can still taste the food. I will qualify that I can only rate the sushi and not the Hibbachi, and I rate it very highly. While the wait for the Sushi bar was long and the bar crowded, once we were seated we were very impressed. The Sushi chefs are two brothers and if you get your choice Giang is the creative veteran. We ledt the meal in his hands not ordering from the menu once. We give him the parameters (no squid for one of us, spicy to tame etc.....) and Giang worked his magic. Flash flame cooked spicy shrimp, a ceviche style tuna sashimi, a hamachi tartare stuffed pablano was all fantastic. When the night was over the three brothers (the third being the host) did a few shots of tequila with us and walked us to our car. Great place! Pros: The Sushi Cons: Decor
