Review content:
After a successful first purchase, I recently returned to McCarthy's and purchased a car there (or so I thought). After agreeing on price, shook hands with salesman and was looking forward to picking up car the following morning. Told all my friends and family about my new 'hybrid'. A message was left later in the evening stating that the car had been sold to another shopper, ""Sorry, nothing we can do"". Spoke with manager the next day, asked him how this could happen, or why, and that to make it right, all he had to do was locate a comparable car and sell it to me at the same price. No call, no apology, and guess what... no more business from me. Pros: lots of shiny cars Cons: sell the same car twice?
