Review content:
In general, Northern Colorado Plumbing and Drain are really, really good. I used them over the course of three or four years in various capacities. They dealt with basic plumbing issues, installed a sus pump, and replaced a water heater in my home.
The one thing that prevents me from giving them five stars across the board is timeliness. Scheduling is a big issue for me, and I rely on people being on time. Over the course of my experience with Northern Colorado, however, this problem improved tremendously. Susanne, the office manager, will usually call if the serviceman is running late, which really helps. They have taken noticeable measures to correct the timeliness issue, which definitely counts for something.
The main plumber I dealt with was Rod, and I think he's a really good person. He is trustworthy, and gets the job done well. Overall, Northern Colorado is a good company.
