I HAVE my windshield repaired very very tiny chip first. they were not able to repair it first time and brought it back after few days because the chip becomes a penny size. they failed to prevent the chip from getting big. i told their tech it seemed he was not able to put the resin properly he said if it becomes bigger he will replace the windshield as the warranty says. True enough after 3 days the line becomes bigger. Instead of preventing damage, it caused a bigger damage. I went back to their office to have them fix it. for more than 30 times in 50 days and more than hundred calls but they cannot be reach.My daughter and I was able to catch them only few times and always giving excuses like nobody signing the checks etc. today we were able to catch the one who claimed himself to be the president, told me that they dissolved the company so they are not liable now. I learned he have OTHER TYPES of bussiness? would you still want to purchase from them? If this diamond glass company wont honor their warranty I will post and advertise my complain on all possible way that I can from emedia. print media. I want fairness. I already read the law that even the company closed. The owner of the company is still liable for the warranty. I am complaining on Diamond Glass repair. I started going to their office last Feb 2012 Pls think first before dealing with people that have businesses do not honor warranties and think they can get away easily
