I was a frequent customer at Hayes k-9 Grooming, my experience was great at first but then once i had gotten comfortable and brought my dog back there a few more times i noticed that my dog would cower and was very fearful just walking into the door i thought nothing of it the first time but then it worried me once i would get out her brush she started growling and nipping what hayes grooming did not know is on one occasions i witnessed her being very aggressive with a dog whom was not mine i seen her smack the small dog in the mouth/nose with a clipper she was grabbing it very roughly and looked as if she was pulling its hair to get its attention. Please people I am only writing this because i do not want this to happen to any other dogs please chose someone that takes pride in there business and treats peoples animals as if they were there own. Do not allow this to happen to your dogs!!!
