Look elsewhere when renting! Simpson and Simpson does NOT care about its tenants. I have talked to several managers and the owner about several problems for months and all they do is pass me off to one another. Full of empty promises and nothing gets taken care of. They just shrug and say good luck with that or they just don't return your phone calls. When I moved in the place was filthy! I talked to several tenants here at Falls Creek and they said the same thing. One tenant's carpet had fleas and dig marks and they did nothing but say to her that they didn't know the previous tenant had a dog because it was not on their lease. Another tenant had to fight to get her carpet replaced because it smelled like cat urine. I have not been here very long and already 6 people have moved out of my building-that's half the building. The apartments are also WAY over priced and the apartment they show you has updated appliances, the one you get does not. Save yourself a lot of grief LOOK ELSEWHERE don't rent from Simpson and Simpson.
