I have attempted to go to this facility three times now. The first two times (on seperate occassions), there was a note on the door (during office hours) indicating that they were closed. Tonight I decided to call before going. When the girl answered the phone, I verified that I had the office in Dawsonville. After I asked if they were open she said no (again, this is during office hours). So I say, ""your office hours are not 9 to 9?"". The response I received is, ""I told you they are not open!"". I have determined that this place is useless and will NEVER set foot in the place. The facility in Johns Creek area is exceptional. Dr. Yost as well as the other physicians there have always been great as well as the office staff. I have never had a bad experience there. I will drive out of my way to go to that facitly from here on out!
