I used this company to move me in middle of June. They showed up on time but took over two hours to get my condo unit contents loaded onto the truck. This was after I had everything moved into the garage for easy access, boxed and ready to go. Once we arrived at my new location--the movers had to share the elevator with another family that was moving in--all while the clock kept ticking. 6 hours and $700 later--I was in my new place. The first thing I did when the movers left was to connect my TV. The TV wouldn't come on. After several attempts and noticing that it appeared that the TV had been dropped...I contacted them immediately to report the problem. That was in June--its now mid October and I still have no resolution to this problem. I have been given the run-around at every turn. It took them 30+ days to respond, then 30 more days to agree to pay me and supposedly a check was put in the mail in August--it has yet to show up. So beware....they are not reliable if something goes wrong and a ripoff!!
