I began using Rob when we moved to Denver 11 years ago, and we have auto, homeowners, and life insurance with him. I have been very pleased with Rob's service. He wants to understand our needs and thinking - what works for us and what doesn't. Rob is proactive in suggesting things for us to consider and is never offended if a suggestion doesn't make sense for us. He and Julie work very hard to take care of us as customers - in one case Rob even visited the body shop where my daughter's car was being repaired when I was traveling on business (it turned out great!). Julie has got the answer to any question at her fingertips. We have been very happy with Rob and I would highly recommend him!
