When I moved to new York I was excited for the move, but the idea of finding a new stylist and starting from scratch was daunting!! I was mentally prepared to try many different stylists and sport what I anticipated to be many awful hairstyles, but then I found Scott Wasserman. After doing my research and reading all of the reviews, I found Scott in a funky little salon in the east village, and we were a perfect match from day one. For the first time EVER I found a stylist who understood that I wanted manageable style while maintaining my length. I have and will continue to follow Scott where ever he goes. Scott recently turned me on to a straightening process that is not as harsh as the Japanese, but is more effective than the Brazilian and it has truly changed my life. I have recommended Scott to practically everyone I know and many of my friends and their family have become Scott?s clients. As much as I would love to take credit for that, all of the credit is attributed to Scott and his work. His techniques, personality and end results are why people keep coming back for more. Scott?s endearing personality will make you want to stay in his chair all day and hang out. He has found a perfect fit at DEX. It is a stunning salon, with an interactive staff. This salon makes everyone feel as though they are a model and you probably will spot a model or two consulting for their books. This salon has all of the class without any of the pretension. It caters to all and it s MUST I promise you will not be disappointed.
