Scott was a breath of fresh air! I truly was taken back by the service and compassion that was displayed onto me. I truly LOVE my hair!!!! The color is finally right. All I said was make my skin tone and eyes pop. Presto the professional emerged, and Scott made me look better then I imagined. Thank you Scott. Dex is a very modern take on comfort and it is far from the stuffy salon one would imagine in the heart of Manhattan. The staff along side of Scott is awesome and they as well as Scott are all easy on the eye. I can't wait for my roots to emerge so I can return to be pampered!!! In my opinion my experience was a special one, thank you Scott.
Pros: Staff, Ambience, Service and technique. The owner is wonderful as well!!!!!!!!!!
Cons: My experience is always a 10, no cons to mention!!
