Review content:
Some salons in New York have the ability to make you feel less-than from the second you call for an appointment, DEX is NOT that sort of place. Raven, the receptionist is very friendly and very willing to work to schedule an appointment. Furthermore- they have, hands-down, the most talented staff in the city. Nina is the best colorist I've had yet in the city. My color is natural and even impressed my mother, who never likes anything un-natural I do to my hair.
The pricing is fair and most importantly the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, at least three staff members complimented me before Nina even rinsed my hair...not to mention the decor is tasteful and well thought out.
Long and the short of it- there's no better place to make you feel beautiful.
